What do people think of the Samsung 49' Curved Monitors?

I am a disabled Vet who had his hands crushed. Typing is not the easiest thing. So if I misspelled something please understand. Thank you.

The CRG9 is coming out on May 2nd.  QLED HDR 1000nits Freesync 2 and 5120x1440 @ 120hz.  I have zero experience on a ultra wide or super ultra wide in this case.  I think the viewing angles might be improved on this monitor... Also the cost is 1500 dollars.  You lose vertical size and 2160p and what not, so I don't think I can go from 4k to this monitor.

Just got one from my wife for our anniversary. So I will give it a shot. Now to find homes for the 2 Samsung 28 in I have. This is the one she got me

Nooooooo,  There is a 500 dollar difference with the CHG90 and the upcoming CRG9.  You get 3840x1080 with the CHG90 while you get 5120x1440 with the CRG9.  I want you to return it my friend and get the CRG9 in a month, unless the resolution is acceptable to you.

They are older models. Samsung U28D590 https://www.cnet.com/products/samsung-u28d590d-led-monitor-28-lu28d590dszc/ 

I have 2, they do not have VESA mounts, but I found a company that produced adaptors so you could mount them. I have been very pleased with them.  I might keep one as a spare monitor, gave not made up my mind on that yet...
