bootstrap 4.3.1 someone can help me out?

So, im trying to create my own post site using bootstrap.

And i want to use this editor here: http://wysibb.com/getting-started/#example
But for some reason it does not work. I do add all the cdn scripts / css and ad id="editor" to my desired textareas.

 

When i add to plain page. It shows up. But when added to bootstrap textarea. It wont work?
