After installing windows to laptop shows only black screen

So I did clear installation of windows 10 and after booting laptop will come Windows loading and then its loading 2min and then will go black

Specs? Pictures? Make/Model of laptop? Background information (Like why you did a clean install of windows initially)? Anything?

Dell Vostro 3350, Changed hard drive so I did Clear installation

I Didnt   made first installation to this laptop if you meant that

Try a second re-instillation and see if the problem persist.
