Net-Dyn Ac1200 driver issues

So the (blue one) that net dyn has just doesn’t work for some windows 10 PCs, it works fine on my laptop, but when I put it in my main new main rig, it doesn’t even show up as a usb. So I install the drivers, then try to open the software thing, but I click open and nothing happens. I have tried this on multiple desktops and my laptop was the only one that worked. Any updated win 10 drivers that aren’t on their website? Advice?
