i got rx 580 8gb 

8gb ram

ryzen5 2600

csgo is 100fps once it went 200fps like it should be but its 100fps again. Why

whst resolution / graphical settings do you play at ?

CS:GO runs way better on Intel CPUs. Even so, you should be getting at least over 120 at all times with that setup.
