Hey!

I'm a college student who wants to get a cheap graphics card for gaming. My budget is around 30$. In my country the prices of graphic cards are insanely high, any recommendations of what I should get? My goal is to play GTA V at 30 FPS at 720p Medium (or even high, if possible!). All I found are these cards:

1) R5 240 1GB - 23$

2) Quadro 600 1 GB - 35$

3) GT 610 1GB - 38$

4) GT 710 1GB - 43$

I'm thinking of the R5 230 but want to ask if it'll be OK?

Overseas would be a problem as I don't have any credit card or a friend with one. Also, it's gonna be a shipping problem as the Import tax is gonna be 50% more on graphic cards putting 750ti to over 100$. It's already 80$ here.

That's an R5, not an R5 240.. Check this one:

https://www.game-debate.com/gpu/index.php?gid=518&gid2=3484&compare=Nvidia Quadro 600-vs-AMD Radeon R5 240 v1

I'm sure it can perform even better with AMD's new Adrenalin drivers. It is to note that this is an OEM card and is easily mistaken for the R7 240.

But I will keep a look out for a better deal on the Quadro 600. For now, I think this is the best bang for the buck deal I could see. I'm just not sure if AMD is worth it or Nvidia? Or will this card turn out to be a disaster?
