Grphics errors, distortions and crashes

So..... ever since i tried running some "specs demanding" games ( Nier: auotomata, Rainbow six siege, Middle earth: shadow of mordor, and in some events high setting Fortnite ) my computer seemed to run into difficulties, the graphic aspect of the game would ( mind my french ) fuck up, Stuff like the game's enviorment changing colors, weird rays of light which are bright as the sun or just weird graphic distortions. After a while like this the game will usually crash. In some cases the distortions would apear in the game for a while longer before the game crashes. 

 

Since the errors and distortions were graphical I assumed it had to do something with my graphics card and so i tried to figure out how to fix it. One of the things i found out is that my GPU never acceded 25% fan speed ( monitored the fan speed through Aida64 ) so natrually I thought that with only 25% fan speed the heat couldnt be controled so i used MSI Afterburner to change the fan speed and see what would happen ( couldnt change the fan speed whatsoever in the AMD Radeon software )..... the result with even 95% fan speed didnt change much, the distortions or crashes would simply apear a bit later than when they apeard in the past.

 

As for what im doing now in order to play: I keep the case open, make sure the GPU is on 95% fan speed and lower the settings on each game to preety much the lowest and even then it still crashes at some point, i just restart the game in frustration hoping it will run for at least an hour or so. 

 

Ive also ran some tests, spesifically strees tests with Aida64 to messure tempetures ( ill attach them below ) and the tempeture really didnt look that bad.

 

Back to the point I need help, I want to understand whats wrong. Is the problem actually the graphics card? could my graphics card be deffected? or could it be something else, i dont know too much when it comes to computer tech so here I am asking this community for help.

 

Just for clarifying my GPU drivers are up to date and when Ive ran my tests the mother board bios were updated as well.

Use Display Driver Uninstaller, reinstall drivers, and check if that fixes the issue.

Chances are you got a bad GPU, see if you can get it RMA'd.

I was afraid so.... well thank you, ill see what i can do about it.
