[HTC10] bootloader unlock

So i just got a htc10 (au or Japanese version) recently and it's have alot of unwanted software so i try to unlock bootloader of it and flash a new rom but when i enter the token into the page of htc they said like 

Error code 170

Cid not allowed

So my phone bootloader cant be unlock ??

If so anyone of you can help me find another way to do it pls

I google it for weak and it's very depressing
