Sound Degradation?

Hi Guys I am planning to get an asus zonar soundcard:

Will the sound quality go down if i route the audio from my soundcard through my razer blackwidow motherboard and then to my headphones ???

it depends on the connectors on the keyboard. it should be fine though.
