Hey I'm picking up an NZXT Phantom 630 and I was wondering, would a fan optimised for static pressure be better for cooling the GPU? If this is the case, would I be better off using a 120mm fan, disregarding the 200mm capability of the side panel? Thanks.

Still learning how to play Dota 2 :)

Having a side intake fan is worth it. Best to leave it alone and have 2 120s in the front and 1 in the back.

Sorry if I was unclear, I meant to say I'm putting in a fan regardless but what would be better? A static pressure optimised fan or something orientated towards CFM?

If you had too, I would say something with more CFM since there are no restrictions. Also find a way to cover up the intake otherwise you will get a lot of dust into your card or just use it as an exhaust.

That's what I've always done in the past (CFM optimised), but I'm starting to learn a little more about fans so the question arose. I'll have to figure out some kind of dust filtering method for the side panel.

There is one company that does custom fan filters, I will try and find them, or use pantyhose.
