Chinese Cooler Controller

So i've bought a controller kit ( 3 fans and 1 controller), the brand is called Segotep. Now here's the issue, the controller has bluetooth where you can connect through you phone with an application to control the lighting and fan speed but i cannot connect to the controller even tho in bluetooth devices it's shown as "zhy_mesh1" but when i try to paring the device it says  that the pin is incorect ( it doesnt ask me to enter a pin ), i've tried with their application as well but it doesnt show the device at all. I've tried to send the controller to the insurance and they replaced the controller and today when it arrived it does the same thing. Any ideas? If not i'll just leave it like that.
