macOS on virtualbox

Hello,

I've been thinking about getting a new laptop and the macbook are on my radar. But before spending almost $2000 i would like to try out macOS. I don't really have access to a macbook that i can use for a couple of days so i was trying to run macOS on virtualbox by following this tutorial  http://www.professionaltutorial.com/install-macos-mojave-virtualbox-windows/ .

But this isn't working for me.

Instead of starting as shown in the tutorial I'm getting stuck at startup.nsh screen. (Screenshot attached)

Is there any way to actually run macOS on a virtualbox?

No without any patches, you need to use vmware with a patch for that

I've successfully installed following this tutorial in VirtualBox, although performance wasn't as good as VMs with Linux or Windows on them.
