Having some issues with audio sync

Hey guys I've recently been having some weird problems with my sounds. I am using really cheap $20 speakers connected to my mobo. My audio has recently been going out of sync whenever i watch videos on youtube, twitch, netflix, etc... I can fix it periodically whenever i uninstall my realtek audio driver restart my computer, i have no audio issues. Whenever i turn off my computer and turn it back on bam the issues appear again, and once again i have to uninstall and restart. The problem has been going on for over 3days and i honestly have looked for solutions online for hours on hours and im just stumped now any help would really be appreciated.

Side note: When i plug in my hyperx cloud 2 the sounds sync back up to normal again, which im guessing the sound card is making the difference.
