Adobe Illustrator UI

So , I downloaded Adobe Illustrator in order to start learning a bit of graphic design . Now , to the problem , literally every tutorial on youtube is done with the ,,default interface"  but it is the default interface on MacOS , it is way different than the Windows default UI . My question is , is there some way to make the UI look like the MacOS one ?
