Need help with choosing new GPU

Hi everyone. My GTX 1060 3GB is a little outdated and I'm looking for a replacement. My max budget is around 350. 

 

I was thinking of getting a 1660ti, is it worth the money? 

 

(If i do get the 1660ti, will it run well with my i5 6500 ?)  Thanks.

The 1660Ti is worth it, but you may want to look at getting an RTX 2060 since the difference between the 1660Ti and a 1060 isn’t huge.

 

The 1660Ti would run fine on an i5-6500 assuming 4 cores isn’t already limiting you. You’d see some performance impact pairing a 6500 and a 2060 but it’ll still perform much better than a 1660Ti

honestly id be looking for more GPU horsepower than going from a 1060 to a (1070/1660ti).

 

Id be buying a used gtx 1080.
