yes tried turning on and off. Then as soon as it boots it goes immediately to this screen

Depending on your board you might have to use a different key for safe mode. Esc, F8, F12, Del. Many different ones. But as one of the respondents on the reddit thread said, he just hard booted several times and it botted into troubleshoot options which allowed him to get into safe mode.

Your original image from the BSOD suggested and AMD driver fault. But im going to ask this anyway, have you tweaked any RAM settings or XMP profile in your Bios?

Well now that you are in the BIOS you can get into safe mode in the advanced boot options.

 

Get into safe mode with networking and just remove all AMD drivers then restart.

No. Using the advanced boot options you should be able to choose to boot into safe mode directly. From there you will uninstall the drivers once you get into windows.
