Both Side Monitors Flicker

Hello everyone! Recently when I got my new GPU (EVGA RTX 2060) I also rearranged my monitors like in the picture shown below. Now, whenever I am using monitor 2 or 3 random blocks of pixels flicker on both of them. I have the newest drivers for my GPU so I have no idea what is going on.
