Bios Vrin & Ring Voltage Settings

Hi Guy's, I Have a Gigabyte G1 Sniper B6 With a i5 4690K Processor, 750W PSU, GTX 1080FE GPU, 32GB of GSkill Ripjaw DDR 3 Memory.It's OC'd to 4.5Ghz and Run's very well and Cool. My Question is wht are the best setting's for  CPU Ring Voltage, VRINN Ext. Override Etc.? I have the bios setting's at 1.275 CPU VCore Voltage, and 45 on the Multiplier. I would like to attempt to go Higher on my OC,but I Feel I should set everything else Manually, (Ring Voltage Etc.) Rather than leave it all on Auto, Which I've Read can Over volt something's when OC'd. Could you please give me some Education on these other Setting's Since the MOBO Manual does Not. I've Heard that you can get 4.7 to 4.9 With this Setup.Thank you very Much.
