Constant crashes

So I was playing Apex legends and suddenly my game crashed. No message, just a grey screen with black stripes. Now when i restart the pc there are green or blue stripes all over the screen(thick and thin ones). After logging in it crashes again after 5 to 30 minutes. Is my graphics card dying? Haven't had it crashing in safe mode and tried rolling it back to previous drivers but it still crashes.. I've had this setup work for several years until now. Also now I can't even get to startup screen unless im lucky. Pic is how it looks before turning black.

Gpu: Sapphire radeon HD 7950 3gb

Cpu: Intel core i7-2600k cpu 3.40GHz

Motherboard: Asus p8z68-v

PSU: Corsair Cx500

That card is most definitely dying... time to get a new one and have a funeral fire to send off this one.

Time to spend my student money on a new card i guess Any tips? Been thinking about a Sapphire Nitro+ RX580 4G. It seems ok and it's about what i can afford right now.
