Some help with amd

Hi guys I'm rather new to computers and i have a problem with my radeon r9 270x .. after a driver update my windows stop working loads bios but at startup it goes black and it stqis like this .. ive contacted amd did unistall all with ddu and instal driver with out internet but still won't work .. ive found at one point a driver that worked but after a few hours display went black and windows restarted with black screen, rollbacked windows but cold not make it work againe ... Any help? Ps it works if i disable the driver from device manager and starts normal eith a higher resolution ... Pc specs : intel duql core e 5300 2.6 gh psu 500w 8gb  ddr3 of ram  and windows 7 . Sounds like a DDU " Display Drivers Uninstaller" might fix you.  Run it in safe mdoe clean and restart,, boot into normal mode and install latest AMD drivers and let us know.

I have the same problem 

Edit 1:

now ddu wont work in safe mode anymore 

Edit 2: just done a format on the hdd fresh instaled win 10 and suprise it works
