Weird noise

Aggro Ka0Z

Hey guys,

I just did my yearly cleaning and after it started making a weird noise, it seems like it's a fan, but I tested them all 1 by 1 (Ionly have 4).

So far I have not been able to find the cause and the sound really makes me worry, if needed I can go on discord and maybe let you hear the sound.

It's really making me worried.

It's the first time that I got a prebuild system, it's from Hitech Gamer (pretty well known in Europe).

My specs are:

Intel I7 7700k (clocked at 4.8 Ghz) Stable for a year and a half getting close to 2

MSI z270 a pro

G.Skill 16GB 2400Mhz DDR4 15-15-15-35

Pallit GTX 1060 6Gb

Sk Hynix SSD (120GB)

1tb 7200rpm hd

2tb 7200rpm hd

Thanks in advance for the help guys

Best thing to do is unplug one thing at a time. I would recommend unplugging all of your fans first. if you still hear it then it is coming from a hard drive. If not, you know it is a fan. From there you can narrow it down further.

I agree,  Noises are most of time fan noises gone south.  Like Votivee said liet us try to figure out which fan it is.
