Audio newbie needs help

So I've taken a liking to higher quality audio, and I've gotten some basic stuff to start, I'm just looking for setup help

I have a fulla 2 amp/dac combo (xmas gift, I know it's got a reputation), sennheiser 6XX headphones, and a blue yeti mic (basic I know but I got it cheap from a buddy). Would I be better off using the yeti as my dac and use the fulla purely as an amp with the output from the yeti or use the fulla as a full dac/amp?

See what sounds better really, what sounds better to you might sound worse to me.

Main speaker setup is now;

 

Mini DSP SHD Studio -> 2x Mola Mola Tambaqui DAC's (fed by AES/EBU, one feeds the left sub and main, the other feeds the right side) -> 2x Neumann KH420 + 2x Neumann KH870

 

(Having a totally seperate DAC for each channel is game changing for sound quality)
