Vr with ryzen

im planning on upgrading my gpu to an rx 580 to play vr but i dont really wanna spend even more money on a new cpu, my current cpu is the ryzen 3 1200 overclocked to 3.7GHz but i dont know if its able to run any vr games. im thinking of playing Beat Saber, VRChat and SuperHOT. Does anyone know if im able to play any of these with my cpu.

Nope. It's optional but not required.

you can play those VR games with that CPU and GPU ok, but don't spect max graphics settings and 50% supersampling.
