Pci-device issue

So i recently aquired some new pc upgrades. asus rog strix z390 f gaming, s 1151.  i9-9900k, and i get this PCI-device error < Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A324&SUBSYS_86941043&REV_10\3&11583659&0&FD requires further installation. > im totally clueless, never had this on my other pc's i've built, i dont have a discdrive on my pc, + the dog kinda smashed the cd that came with the motherboard so that wasnt much help... i did go to https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-Z390-F-GAMING/HelpDesk_Download/  and downloaded the chipset drivers, didnt do anything for me..        so yea what is this and how do i fix it?? please help. Thank you! :D
