Windows 10 boot logo problem

Disable CSM or compatibility mode in the BIOS, reinstall Windows again.

You have to reinstall windows.  You get the MS logo because it is installed in legacy BIOS mode, not UEFI.  Disabling CSM disables legacy booting, so your fresh install will not work.

 

You need to reinstall Windows with CSM disabled to have Windows installed in UEFI mode, which supports custom boot screens.
