Upgrading my pc

Hello everyone I want to drop an rtx 2060 and a amd ryzen 1700 processor in my build. I just want to make sure there’s nothing else I have to upgrade for these to work. This is my build.

Well, you could just use your old thread but hey.

Check your PSU for the appropriate power connectors, i mean 6+2 PCIe Power and cross check with the specific card you are going to buy. Some have a different power design. Also check the measurements inside your case, but you are probably fine on that front.

I could of but I figured it was old and no one would see it. That’s labor on my power supply idk if that helps.

I don't know. Just check what cables are plugged into your gpu.

I checked the plug into my gpu and it 6+2 and the 2060 says and needs 8 so I guess I’m okay with that.

I just meant you are right, that you are OK with that psu and you can buy the 2060

So do I have to update my bios when I put in the new graphics card and cpu.
