i have two 1080p monitors and one 1280x1024 was trying to do rig it up to do surround with the 4:3 in middle anyways right now it's stuck in surround lol when i restart and go back to nvidia control panel it shows that it's off and then when i look at nvidia control panel or windows settings it shows only one display connected nv surround it won't pick up the individual monitors now, anyone know a fix for this lol?

Try resetting your nvidia settings to default or try unplugging a monitor to see if it will separate?https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/reset-video-driver-settings
