arctis 7 Low ingame sound

Today I've received my new pair of SteelSeries Arctis 7 (2019) and right off I jumped on my pc, installed the drivers and the Steelseries engine 3 and started playing. I was super excited and happy about a new pair of headphones since I was switching from the scratch-ish G430 to this amazing and comfy headphones. The excitemente ended when I got into the game Rainbow Six Siege. The audio was super low, I couldn't hear enemies and barely hear any gun fire. So I hopped off the game, checked for every option and even turned on volume equalization. This solved part of the problem. Now I'm able to hear everything and everyone super loudly, even in the ingame voice chat, but still can't hear the game at a decent volume. So I'm here bagging for help, I need a solution which isn't some extra expense, any kind of delay adding software such as voicemeter banana or anything like this because I've had an awful experience with both modded drivers and virtual mixers. 

 

 

**on my G430 I fixed my problem by installing custom drivers by dolby but sometimes those whould glitch out, make the sound weird on other apps or even make my computer blue screen.

This is a bit of a longshot, but go to control panel, hardware and sound, sound, and check to see if the arctis is the default device.

The arctis 7 are already setted as my default device (the game channel only since I have 2 audio outputs one being called game and one is called chat **which is mono** and not stereo like the game channel)
