Remapping a keyboard

I was using a Pok3r keyboard, but I wanted to switch to a bigger keyboard. But I love the FN-keys of my Pok3r, and would like to keep them for my next keyboard.

So I'd like to ask, can I somehow remap my capslock key to FN and my i, j, k, l keys to arrow keys, when I press my FN key?

What keyboard are you planning to get? If you pick one that has a QMK supported PCB, then you can remap it to whatever you want.
