You're trying to ask how Windows recognizes this file as a security threat? The only people who could answer that question are Microsoft Cyber Security Specialists, and they likely would not give you the answer for security reasons. Be happy that Windows Defender is operating as it should.

i downloaded a mp3 and windows on secirity tells that this file is from onether pc and it can be on blocked for sec resons,I dont think that it can attached with something because it is an mp3 but why and how it recognize it?i am just curious
