Sounds like homework (or real work) that you want someone else to do for you.

I doubt you'll get any help here unless you ask for more specific things, like maybe a specific step in the setup processes.

virtualbox for example has builtin PXE support and you can get everything accomplished quickly, if you ever used Windows Server you just need to set up the WDS service and follow the instruction, what's so hard to understand?

You just need the .wim images when you are ready to deploy to your machines
