Nvidia Driver Not Working

Hey all. 

 

Let me do a quick rundown so I'm trying to install Nvidia Driver on Windows 10 (Driver 417.71) I can use GeForce Experience and it will install but no control panel as the pic below:

And yes windows in Updated

 

I have Uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled and no luck tried safe mode and still no luck there is no Nvidia Control in the windows control panel 

 

I can play games and work and play fine but cant enable Gsync

 

any help

I don't think so. 
I have updated the .reg file above.
Download it and follow the instructions the same as before.
It probably won't work, though. The other common solutions are below.

1) Open the driver installer. After the license agreement, it would ask you for an install option. Select the custom one, click next and check the Perform clean installation option on the next page. Proceed as normally do.


2) Try this instead (if you want to do it manually).

  1. Open Device Manager. (Shortcut: Windows key+X, press M)
  2. Under Display adaptors, you would see your graphics card listed. (Double click on Display adaptors to show the list)
  3. Right click on your card's name and select Uninstall device.
  4. A prompt would show up. Check the Delete the driver software for this device, and click Uninstall.
  5. Restart on completion, and then install the Nvidia drivers. Restart, again.
  6. Breathe normally.

3) If everything fails, I would advise a fresh installation of the drivers after using DDU to completely remove any old drivers. (Download link and Tutorial for DDU)
