Remove thumb screws, remove PCI covers, Slide GPU into place screw in?

Hello! Thank you for replying so fast. Idk if this is supposed to be like this, but the actual mount itself has no holes for the PCI-E riser card, so I cannot figure out how to mount the actual GPU. Its almost like it's missing a piece of metal along with the holes for it...
