Hi

 

I recently changed my motherboard from a MSI gaming M5 to a Gigabyte z390 Aorus master, and change the thermal paste to thermal grizzly kryonaut. But now there is a static sound around the CPU, when i move my G502. Try to hear the video. Have tried to switch between all USB ports.

probably coil whine? If you have used the motherboard standoffs on the case properly then it's not a short or something like that.

But what coil whine? And it should be proberly installed and the sytem is in theee alread, for a few months and it didnt happen till now

any coil with electricity going through it can whine, including inductors. Months of vibration can loosen up components for it to whine.

Oops, wrong Topic xD i didnt mean to write in here, yeah te noise of that could be like GPU Coil whine, i had a topic up and thought this was the topic xD cause this isnt my topic

Now I have try with a new gfx card, power cord, another power outlet, new PSU, new mouse but it is stil there. It is around the CPU sounds like left off the CPU.
