my Realtek HD audio was acting funny and kept popping up all the time so I removed it and reinstalled it. Now all my rear jack ports don't work. I can connect through the front panel and to my monitor speakers through HDMI but not using the rear 3.5mm ports. I also cannot find any Realtek HD audio manager. In sounds(control panel) I have a playback device that says its connected to an ATAPI controller but I don't really know what that means. Any help would be greatly appreciated and if you need further information just ask. Btw I have a gigabyte b450M DS3H motherboard

thanks

Do this my friend.  Boot into safe mode and run DDU "Display Driver Uninstaller"  This small tiny app also removes audio drivers fully so hit the drop down box and choose Realtek and clean it first option up top.  It will then reboot into normal mode and then install the latest RealTek drivers for your OS.  You should be good to go after this.  Please let me know if you do not know how to go into safe mode.  Thanks

Ok so I safe booted and uninstalled the drivers with DDU, when I rebooted everything worked but still I reinstalled the drivers and everything went back to how it was. I have now uninstalled those drivers again. Also in the audio select menu, I now have a device called Digital Audio (S/PDF) that says its connected to the ATAPI controller. I have no idea what it is but at least the rear io works but I still cannot use all rear io ports. I have one green, one red and one blue 3.5mm jack at the back. Is it possible to use multiple for sound out as I would preferably want my speakers and headphones connected at all times at the back(right now I have one at the front io and one at the rear) Thanks for the help so far
