RX 570, as its currently the best value, if you are buying new, its 100$ cheaper then a 1060, and 50$ cheaper than a RX 580, while still being 80-85 percent perf.

lucky for you, their ROG strix (not anything like the higher tier strixes (i.e. 580 strix,1060 strix), the cooler is literally just a 1050 ti strix (designed for a 75W TDP) put onto a 570 (150W TDP)) RX 570 4GB is 140$ on newegg rn.
