adaptive controller for Xbox 1

 I’ve got a adaptive controller for Xbox 1 I need help to get it all to work.  Now it takes two in wheelchairs to control one guy

Looks like you need a lot of other adaptive switches and what not. Not just the adaptive controller. You can connect joysticks, buttons, etc. Then use the xbox accessories app to configure it all (if you want to change things.)

 

It does have a "copilot" mode which allows two people to control one person, but you can probably turn that off. I'd call microsoft, I'm sure they'd be happy to help you.
