help with radeon streaming

ok so basically i wanted to try out game streaming with amd link, and when i go to enable streaming to a device, it wont let me turn the option on.

Im using radeon software version 1.19.1 and the Gpu is and Rx 560 2gb (overclocked a bit)

my phone is a regular iphone 6 (i dont know if that means anything though)

I am faster than 80% of all snakes

cpu: AMD Fx-8350

motherboard: GIGABYTE 970 (am3+)

RAM: 16gb ddr3 adata

gpu: AMD xfx rx 560 2gb

psu: 500w

storage: 1tb hdd

I am what you call “budget gamer”

oh yeah and my internet is really slow, like 600-700 ping anytime

You can't stream with those specs
