Thunderbolt 3 Dock

So I watched the new video on the CLEANEST setup and immediately said that I needed a Thunderbolt 3 dock like in the video that would charge my Razer Blade Stealth. So after looking up CalDigit to see their price on the dock in the video, my wallet ran away scared. So I tried looking for an alternative that wouldn't break the bank and still: (1. Charge my laptop with Thunderbolt 3 (2. Has HDMI output (3. Have at least 2 USB ports for peripherals. I had no luck. So, if anyone knows of one or would like to try and help find me one that would be awesome. Thanks in advance.

Go USB3 type c instead?  If you aren't transferring data then you probably don't need TB3, as long as it will charge your laptop.  Something along these lines...
