Don't get the ASRock board. Like, ever.

The MPower board is superior, and looks way better. If you can throw the money saved with the other MSi board towards other components, you should definitely go with that unless you care about MPower's aesthetics.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130686 - This board is better (or should be better) than either board. It's out of stock at Newegg and I couldn't find it on Amazon, but maybe check NCIX, Staples, B&H, Microcenter, Best Buy, whatever you can do. Maybe even see if they'll price match Newegg if it's Staples or Best Buy. Main reason I say it's better is because of the price on it; far cheaper than the MPower from Amazon. In any case, shop around before going with the Z77-G65 or the MPower. I think you might find it a bit cheaper somewhere..

my first choice would be the GD65 Gaming then MPower. it'll mainly be an

aesthetics choice. both use the same UEFI, performance is nil difference.

i didn't care for the 45 (non gaming) power handling. was too inconsistent in thermals

and didn't feel adjustable enough as where the GD65 easily held its own.

choice comes down to connectivity, ports available and color scheme.
