Dell7577 overheat

My dell 7577 (7700hq and 1050ti) heats up too much whole gaming cpu is around 90c and gpu at 84 when cpu is undervolted by 115mv and turbo boost is off

But when i play on battery power then temp is around 60 to 70 for cpu 

If i dont undervolt and keep turbo boost on while gaming plugged in cpu temps are above 90 all the time

What can the solution be?
