New Gaming PC

Hi.

I'm going to build a new pc soon.

Budget: Around 1500$. MAX 2000$

I prefer it black with a lot of RGB in it if that's possible.

I'm going to use it for gaming and I want it to run over 100 FPS in almost all games if that's possible.

I'm going to use 3 monitors and no more.

I already got peripherals so its just the pc I'm going to buy.

I'm upgrading because of my pc isn't very good and I want to play some more games that require better parts.

I'm going to build it myself I just don't know which parts I need so I hope some of you can help me.
