Component Prices

Hi guys,

So I just wanted to ask what you guys think of the pricing of some parts I can get here in Fiji.

All currencies in the pictures are Fijian Dollars. The rate is 1FJD = 0.47USD (Rough estimate)

So in the image of the MSI GTX Armor 1070 OC edition it's roughly 630USD. Is that price worth it?

Would it be alright getting some of these parts here or am I better off buying it online?

I know there's shipping and taxes too but if there's anyone here who is in a country without much tech and has either the option to buy locally or online, what do you recommend?

That 1070 is an absolutely awful deal, as are the rest of those components. The 2060 is coming out soon, and that outperforms a 1070ti for $350USD.

"uhhhhhhhhhh yeah id go with the 2600 its a good value for the money"

About the 2060, do you know if, say; I bought one off amazon or ebay, will I still get the Anthem gift along with the 2060?

I'm not sure about that, but I know that the deals do often work on retailer websites, and if Amazon is advertising the deal then you know you can.

Some cards have have the game included while some don't.

But I'm confused by the Promotion details.

It says the offer only applies to digital content sold by Amazon Digital Services LLC. Do you know what this means?

Sigh... if only buying PC parts would be much easier here. lol

But thanks anyway. I need to see if there's anyone I know in Australia or New Zealand who can help me out.
