Trident rgb ram

Hey guys I have the gskill trident rgb ram. I got my whole rig to match and it was beautiful and after a reboot everything was the same but now 2 of my 8 ram sticks are in the default rainbow mode. I feel like ive tried everything, do any of you have some suggestions to fix this? I have an Asus rampage 6 extreme mobo, i9 7940x, 1080ti.
