PCI-e Network card issue

I looked up your chipset:

https://ark.intel.com/products/94150/Intel-Dual-Band-Wireless-AC-8265

And according to the Intel site, bluetooth is only supported over the usb port of the card(where's wifi over pcie), which you presumably didn't connect or don't have the wires for.

You'll need to connect the internal cable of the card to your internal usb port. Beware that I'm not talking about the usb input port on the card, but about the black header and black cable that come with your card.

So I purchased a GC-WB1733D-I Gigabyte card a while back and recently realised it has bluetooth 5.0 function (recently meaning 20 minutes ago) and would like to set it up to run my windows mixed reality headset through (the controllers require bluetooth, i have been using it through my laptop but would prefer to use my desktop). but the bluetooth isn't working for some reason, i have gone on and downloaded the drivers for teh bluetooth function from here - https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GC-WB1733D-I-rev-10#support-dl-driver and through intel, but it still does not enable bluetooth to be used and im looking for any help on the matter

Did you plug in the antenna if it came with one?

It could also be in the Bluetooth category. Do you have such category?

If not, do you have any unindentified devices.(In the other devices category, with a question mark for the device)

thank you so much, looking at it i didnt realise i unplugged it when i took the mobo out to apply my watercooler, plugged it back in an it shows up as working in troubleshoot manager as it goes through behind the case (sort of)
