Weird Lines?

While playing BeamNG.drive, there are these weird lines? (Idk what to call them) I put a video below, but could someone please tell me what this is and how to fix it if possible?

That looks more of a game problem and not a computer problem. If you haven't already tried restarting your PC could help.

Thanks for the reply. I've restarted my PC multiple times and it's changed nothing. I should mention, it's only in this game.

Well, you can try looking if this a way to fix this on google if you havent and try uninstalling and reinstalling it but Im only guessing here so i cant promise these will work but they often work with similar probloms.

Reinstalled and still having the same problems
