16gb ram 3000 MHz

corsair H60 cooler 

1th harddrive 

500 watt 100-w1-0500 pcu 

 

will 500 watts be enough to power this? I do not ever plan on overclocking.

It'll be good but for being extra safe I'd recommend at least a 550

A 1070 and 2600 eats less than 300w from the wall, 500w is more than enough.

It's enough but the PSU is low quality, get a corsair CX Or coolermaster masterwatt instead.

No, because the EVGA W1 is a garbage PSU, thus must not be used with modern higher end Components if you want to keep them as long as possible.

 

So you should use a good PSU, not this shit...
