Its going to be used for gaming, streaming, video editing and photo editing.

It’s going to need to handle two of those at once

Alright thank you. The only reason I had the Ryzen 5 was I was told to get it till the new ones come out and then upgrade. Also will 550w power supply be enough if I plan to add some egg fans and strips to the case?

a few case fans and LED strips won't eat more than a few watts, you'll be fine.
