hello i am trying to get windows hello to work but i don't know how i have a web cam but it still dose not work. i have an i5,12 gigs of ram and a gtx 960 i do not know if it is my hardware or if it is my version of windows i have wendows 10 pro 64 bit can anyone help

You need a laptop or webcam that supports windows hello.

What kind of webcam do you have? (Any other hardware that isn't a webcam doesn't matter in this case).
