Computer wont work after 15min

I just built a computer 15ish min ago and it was working fine and all the sudden it just stopped working. The lights, fan, etc... are working and it turns on but the monitor is blank. I dont think its a problem with my monitors but it could be. specs:

Try reseating your video card. Make sure it is screwed into the PCIe slot

Try reseating it anyway since the symptoms can be similar
